The last Sicilian summer reset 2026 with these amazing ladies.
I’ve just returned home after six incredible days hosting the Sicilian Summer Reset Retreat, and one thing stands out above everything else.
Not once during the entire retreat was there negativity, judgement or competition.
And yes… there were tears too.
Because when you’re given the space to truly feel your emotions, surrounded by women who simply listen, support and hold you, you finally feel safe enough to let go of whatever you’ve been carrying.
Whether it was writing down what no longer served us before releasing it into the sea under the moonlight, watching our final Sicilian sunset together in quiet gratitude, or simply pausing to appreciate where we were and how far we’d come… every moment of release felt meaningful.
They brought the warmth, the openness and the energy that made everyone feel seen, accepted and celebrated.
If there’s one thing I’ll remember most about this week, it won’t just be the beautiful places we visited.
It’ll be the women who shared it with me.
